Have you ever felt frustrated that health services don't really meet your needs?

You might be a young person...

If so, you are probably not using the health service very much, but when you do you feel it's out of touch with young people.  We can tell you that the people who provide these services are desperate to hear from young people about how these services can be changed to be more user friendly. 

They really want to hear your views and may be willing to pay for your time and expenses in giving your views. 

You might be someone with a long term condition - diabetes, heart disease or perhaps a mental health problem....

If so, you will be using the health service more often than most people and there will be times when you feel you're being bounced around the system unnecessarily or without getting what you actually need or want.  Perhaps the system doesn't seem to be organised around you and patients like you.  For years people working in the health service have tried to find ways of getting your views and improving your experience of your care.

This website gives those health professionals and health organisations wanting to redesign health services around the needs of patients a chance to find you. 

All they need to do is run a simple search for patients in a particular area and they will find you.  Or, if you're very keen to be found you can advertise the fact that you are offering your views through the Team Members Needed function - this is a very simple form you can fill out in about 2 minutes and will make it even easier for others to find you and then contact you through the site.

No-one can access your personal details such as your home address, telephone number or your personal email unless you specifically give it to them.

Whether you have used health services just recently - perhaps just had a baby or a nasty accident - or whether you just want to make sure it works well when you or a friend or family member need it, this website gives you the chance to have an impact.
