Clinical Chambers Limited - Terms & Conditions


Statement of Ethos:  clinicalchambers.co.uk is run by health professionals to help health professionals, health organisations and their associated partners and patients to be informed and to come together to improve patient care.  We undertake to serve our customers with honesty, integrity and efficiency.  If you feel we are not meeting the standards you would expect then please let us know and we will do everything possible to remedy this situation.


A. Terms & Conditions of Purchase

A1. Secure payment processing
Membership of the www.clinicalchambers.co.uk is subject to a joining fee plus monthly or annual subscription.  Payment is accepted in British All payments are processed through WorldPay, an internationally recognised and secure provider of internet payment processing.  Clinical Chambers does not have any access to any payment card details when payments are made – all details are kept secure to WorldPay only.


A2. Immediate confirmation of payment and registration details
When joining the Site as a Member you will automatically receive notification by email of payment made from WorldPay with details of how to find out more.  You will also receive an email from Clinical Chambers administration with your registration details and useful information about using the site.


A3. Easy cancellation
Members can cancel their membership at any time and very simply with just three clicks of the mouse.  Simply go into Members Area, through the usual log in process, click on the “Membership & Payment History” section which is available in the left hand menu, click on the button “Cancel your membership” and then click twice more to confirm you wish to cancel.  We will then process your cancellation immediately.


A4. Suggestions, Complaints & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service being provided to you then please email us with your complaint by clicking on “Contact us” which is on the bottom toolbar of every page.  We value your feedback and it is vital for us to know if we are not satisfying our customers so that we can make the necessary improvements.  If you have any suggestions as to how we can improve our service we would be very grateful to receive them.


If you wish a refund please state this in your email to us and we will arrange a refund in full.  Members can cancel their membership at any time and very simply with just three clicks of the mouse.  Simply go into Members Area, through the usual log in process, click on the “Membership & Payment History” section which is available in the left hand menu, click on the button “Cancel your membership” and then click twice more to confirm you wish to cancel.  We will then process your cancellation immediately. 


B. Terms & Conditions relating to the Use of the Site

Membership of the www.clinicalchambers.co.uk is subject to a joining fee plus monthly or annual subscription.  Payment is accepted in Great British Pounds Sterling.   All payments are processed through WorldPay, an internationally recognised and secure provider of internet payment processing.  Clinical Chambers does not have any access to any payment card details when payments are made – all details are kept secure to WorldPay only.

Clinical Chambers Limited provides you, the User, access to this Site subject to the following terms and conditions which we may update from time to time. It remains your responsibility to access and check these Terms and Conditions wherever you access the Site. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will govern any future usage by you of the Site.
Also, use of certain areas of the Site is subject to additional posted guidelines or rules applicable to such areas, and those guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.

B1. Clinical Chambers Limited maintains this web site at http://www.clinicalchambers.co.uk (the "Site") as a courtesy to those who may choose to access the Site ("Users").

B2. Member Registration: You can browse the Site without registering. If you choose to register on the Site you can take advantage of additional services, such as information on health care contracts; advertising your services to other members; finding other team members; automatic notification of contracts in your field and of team members joining who have the skills you need; access to the internal email system and bulletin board.


When you register with clinicalchambers.co.uk you are agreeing to provide current, complete and accurate registration information and to maintain such information as accurate, current and complete. Clinical Chambers Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and any and all current use of service, in the event that you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or where Clinical Chambers Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

Clinical Chambers Limited will immediately terminate membership of any individual or organisation that registers with false details in order to avoid membership fees - this is considered theft and police authorities will be notified. 


By registering with the Site Users agree not to share their login details and passwords.  You may not access the Site using the login or password of any other party.  Users accessing the Site fraudulently can expect to be prosecuted.
When a payment is made to register with the Site the transaction is final and not disputable unless unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.


When you register with Clinical Chambers Limited and choose a password to protect your secure account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password, we recommend that you change your password immediately and inform us at info@clinicalchambers.co.uk

B3. Conduct of Users: The Site may contain bulletin boards, discussion groups, chat rooms, or other message, third party content or communication facilities (collectively, "Forums"). The User agrees to use the Forums only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, the User agrees that when using a Forum, the User shall not do any of the following:
