West Kent PCT invite expressions of interest to provide primary care medical services to the patient list currently being provided from the newly opened Staplehurst Health Centre. Current patient list is c5,600. The PCT will consider bids from private, voluntary and not for profit sectors and bids from the NHS & GP Practice sector using nGMS or APMS contracts.
As well as delivering high quality, responsive essential services the successful provider will be expected to offer a range of additional & enhanced services and use PBC to redesign future primary care.

Cardiovascular Screening Services
Birmingham Health and Wellbeing Partnership - comprising of the three Birmingham PCTs and the Birmingham City Council would like to hear from suitably qualified providers for a proposed 1 year contract for the delivery of a screening service for cardiovascular risk assessment of approximately 21,000 men. Up to three providers for this service are being sought. The providers would be responsible for completing the screening by March 2008. To be considered, you must demonstrate an excellent track record of successfully providing high volume screening and initial lifestyle and health education advice to a multilingual population.
