Membership Information

We offer different membership types to suit your needs and pocket.  There are some functions which all members can use and some which are additional depending on your membership type.

National Members - can search for information on all contracts being advertised within and across England, whatever the location and can choose to be automatically notified when any type of contract is advertised across England or in any location and can subscribe to any of these contracts so that they are immediately notified of any changes to the tender details. 

National Membership costs £40 per month (10% discount for annual membership) plus a one off joining fee of £90

Local Members - can search for all contract information in their County.  They can choose to be automatically notified when any type of contract is advertised in their County and can subscribe to any of these contracts so that they are immediately notified of any changes to the tender details.

Local Membership costs £8 per month (10% discount for annual membership) plus a one off joining fee of £40

Patient Members - do not have access to any contract information and do not have access to the contract notify function but they can use all the other functions set out below.

Patient Membership costs £3 per month (10% discount for annual membership) plus a one off joining fee of £5

Commissioner Members do not have access to any contract information and do not have access to the contract notify function but they can use all the other functions set out below.

Commissioner Membership is free.  You must be a Health Care Commissioner  to register as a Commissioner.  This means you must be the nominated representative of the Department of Health, a Strategic Health Authority or a Primary Care Trust.  Anyone found to be joining as a Commissioner member who is not a Health Care Commissioner will have their membership terminated immediately.

 All members can use the following functions:

Simple Search - this allows you to search the database of members by the skills/services they offer and their location

Search for Team Members - this allows you to search for members who have advertised their skills/services by their skills/services and location

Advertise your skills/services - this allows you to advertise your own skills/services to other members, your advert appears on the Team Members Needed page

Advertise for Team Members - this allows you to advertise for specific skills/services you need by location, your advert appears on the Team Members Needed page.  If someone then joins offering the skills/services you need then you will be automatically notified that they  have joined and they will be automatically notified that you are looking for them

Advertise your Contracts - this allows you to advertise any contracts you have such as health care contracts or contracts you wish to put in place with sub contractors when you have won a bid

Internal Email - this allows you to send and receive emails through the site internally.  If you wish to receive copies to your own personal email address you can select this option too

Bulletin Board - this allows you to post questions or comments to all members
