You can cancel your membership at any time by:

1.  Go to Members Area

2.  Log in as usual

3.  Click on "Membership & Payment History" in the left hand menu which appears on all pages in the Members Area

4.  Click on "Cancel your membership" button

5.  Click twice more as invited in order to confirm cancellation

This whole process takes less than 2 minutes and we will process the cancellation immediately.

REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel within 7 days of joining the Site with full refund.

In addition, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service you may wish to have a refund.

For a full refund please email us by clicking on "Contact Us" on the bottom toolbar and state that you wish to have a refund.  We will arrange a refund immediately.
