We are a Social Enterprise established in 2005 to help health care providers to be aware of all the opportunities in health services and to network with one another in order to make the most of those opportunities.
Our board consists entirely of doctors and other experienced health care professionals.
Our Social Enterprise aim is to maximise patient involvement in designing and monitoring health services to ensure that their needs are better met.
We decided to establish www.clinicalchambers.co.uk because we could see development of health services would increasingly happen through new contracts being advertised and that a diversity of providers is being encouraged.
We wanted to provide a vehicle through which all health providers - including relatively small ones like general medical practices and individual consultants - could access information about contracts and find the help they need to bid for and deliver them.
We also wanted the website to be inclusive, available to everyone who might be interested or need this sort of help to develop their services so we have tried to design it in a way that caters for all.
Having worked with patients, we felt that some patients might want to join the site and offer their views and advice to health professionals/organisations planning new services.
We have tried to keep costs down to a minimum in building this site - which is why you don't see flashing pictures or anything which is surplus to requirements! We receive no grants from any organisation and so we have to charge for membership subscription in order to pay to get this website up and running and help to spread the word about it. As more members join, we hope to be able to keep subscription costs down as much as possible.
If you have any problems at all with the site or any feedback - positive or negative - that you would like to share with us we would be very grateful to receive it. Just email us at info@clinicalchambers.co.uk. And if you are not happy with the service, let us know and we will refund your payment.
If you like the site - please help to spread the word about it. The more people who join the more effective and helpful it will be for everyone!
